非好友訊息是什麼？
What are non-friend messages?
當兩個用戶未解鎖交換聯絡時，彼此不是好友關係，互發訊息是需要購買非好友訊息限額的(50個非好友訊息＝50點數＝約50美元)。訂閱了尊貴會員或中級會員的用戶亦會獲派特定的非好友訊息限額。
當兩個用戶解鎖交換聯絡後，便是好友關係，從此可以免費無限發送訊息。
When two users are not exchanged contacts yet, they are not friends, and sending messages to each other requires a non-friend message quota(50 non-friend messages = 50 credits). Users who have subscribed to premium membership or mid-level membership will also be assigned a specific non-friend message quota.
When two users already exchanged contacts, they become friends and can send unlimited messages for free.
如何與其他用戶交換聯絡？
How to exchange contacts with others?
現時有3種權限可以與其他用戶交換聯絡，包括👑尊貴會員的交換聯絡限額、🌟中級或尊貴會員的交換聯絡限額和🍷贈送不少於30個紅酒 (被交換者可以選擇接受或拒絕，拒絕後🍷紅酒數會歸還原用戶)。
至於實際是哪一種方法，則需視乎用戶在個人資料設置了哪種條件，如用戶設置了贈送紅酒以交換聯絡，則需一併填寫所需紅酒數(1紅酒 ＝ 1點數)。訂閱了尊貴會員或中級會員的用戶會獲派特定的交換聯絡限額，如想增加更多限額，可以透過點數(credit)購買 (1個交換聯絡＝20點數)，而單純購買了限額的免費會員是不能使用的，需要留待升級為付費會員才能使用交換聯絡限額。
There are currently 3 ways to exchange contact with other users, including 👑exchange contact quota for premium members, 🌟exchange contact quota for mid-level member or higher membership and 🍷given no less than 30 red wines (need to be accepted or rejected by the exchange person, reject afterwards 🍷 wine count will be returned to the original user).
As for the actual method, it depends on the conditions set by the user in the personal information. If the user sets a gift of red wine in exchange for contact, the required number of red wine must be filled in at the same time (1 red wine = 1 credit). Users who have subscribed to the premium membership or mid-level membership will be assigned a specific exchange contact quota. If you want to increase the quota, you can purchase it through credits (1 exchange contact = 20 credits). Free members who simply purchase the exchange contact quota cannot use it until they upgrade to a paid member.

當成功交換聯絡 (透過限額或送紅酒)，便是成為好友的意思。好友除了可以解鎖彼此的各項聯絡方式，還可以無限發送訊息。
You can add a friend by getting contact through deducting quota or giving wines. In addition to unlocking each other's contact methods, friends can also send unlimited messages.
如何取得不同的徽章？
How can I get several badges?
年齡認證和聲音認證只需透過上傳憑證，經成功審核後，便可取得。
好評⭑：被至少5位用戶評分且平均分達到4或以上。
Age verification and voice verification can be obtained simply by uploading credentials and get the approval by Admin.
Positive rating badge⭑：rated by at least 5 users with an average score of 4 or above.
擁有好評徽章 (女會員) 有什麼獎勵？
What's the reward for having a positive badge (to female member)?
好評⭑女會員：會員將有資格領取15個非好友訊息限額，如果他們在每個月份登入獎勵計劃，這些限額將記入其帳戶。 這項獎勵在一個日曆月內僅授予一次。
注意：請勿透過聯天室取得彼此的聯絡方式，我們對於違規行為採取零容忍原則。管理員小組謹慎地監控以確保交友公平並持續移除不遵守這些規定的用戶。

Female members who have a positive rating badge⭑：Members will be eligible for 15 non-friend messages, which will be credited to their account if they log in to the Reward Program in each month. This bonus item will be awarded only once during a calendar month.
Note: Please don’t exchange each other's contact information through Chat Room. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating. The admin team carefully monitors to ensure fair date and will actively remove users who do not adhere to these policies.

中級會員升為尊貴會員，會浪費原有的獎勵嗎？
If an mid-level member upgrades to premium membership, will the original rewards be affected?
不會浪費，因為兩種VIP會員的應得限額 (e.g.非好友訊息、交換聯絡)會根據付款時間維持派發。假如用戶在本月1號訂閱中級會員(USD130/60天) 並即時獲派第一個月的應得限額，在本月15號升級為尊貴會員(USD260/60天) 並即時獲派第一個月的應得限額。下個月1號便會獲派中級會員第二個月的應得限額，以及在15號獲派尊貴會員第二個月的應得限額。
It will not be wasted because the corresponding quota of the two VIP memberships (e.g. non-friend messages, exchanging contacts) will be given according to the payment time. If the user subscribes to an mid-level membership(USD130/60days) on the 1st of this month and immediately receives the quota for the first month, then upgrades to a premium membership(USD260/60days) on the 15th of this month and immediately receives the quota for the first month. On the 1st of the next month, the quota for the second month of the mid-level membership will be allocated, and the quota for the second month of the premium membership will be allocated on the 15th.
我沒有信用卡，可以使用其他方式(e.g.轉數快、PayMe)付款嗎？

在Princess涉及付款的項目包括訂閱會員和購買點數。現時功能只接受以💳信用卡付款，如用戶想以其他線下方式付款，我們亦提供多種方法，包括轉數快、銀行轉帳、PayMe、支付寶HK（依次越前為越推薦的線下付款方式）。如用戶需要此服務，可以透過聯繫我們頁面向管理員發送訊息，提出需求，管理員知悉後會作出安排。透過線下付款方式訂閱會員的各項獎勵限額(e.g.非好友訊息、交換聯絡)有別於原本的分開每月發放，而是一次性發放的。
Items involving payment in Princess include subscription membership and purchase credits. The current function only accepts 💳credit card payment (except for virtual currency). If users want to pay by other offline methods, we also provide a variety of methods, including FPS, bank transfer, PayMe, AlipayHK (prefer the former over the latter). If users need this service, they can send a message to the administrator through the Contact Us page to make a request, and the administrator will make arrangements after knowing it. Reward quota (e.g. non-friend messages, exchanging contacts) for subscribing members through offline payment methods is different from the original separate monthly distribution, but a one-time distribution.
